And we're off... as Amy & I celebrated being on the plane, one of the first points of discussion was the time difference that we would be encountering. Amy asked the question "Do we gain an extra day of our lives travelling one way around the world?" To give you some context, we left Sydney at 7:45pm on 13/6/07 and we due to arrive in Honolulu at 9:30am on 13/6/07. So... we effectively gained an extra day! (or did we???)
Being stubborn, I decided to let Amy think about the question herself. I shall let you know when she works it out! We have 7 weeks, so I'm sure she'll work it out by the time we fly home.
